BESDE's Closed Quality Assurance loop system is the underlying strength of all our products. Consisting of three main parts: Design Quality Assurance (DQA), Manufacturing Quality Assurance (MQA) and Customer Quality Assurance (CQA), the system continuously reviews design and manufacturing quality of our products and services. DQA is especially important for safety and environmental testing, MQA involves many functional and durability tests like shock and dynamic burn-in, while CQA is important for both technical support and repair issues.
