高压动态无功补偿装置SVC JZE Static Var Compensator SVC 产品概述 PRODUCT INTRODUCTION 九洲高压动态无功补偿装置是综合应用现代电力电子技术、电能控制技术、以及自动化技术而研制开发的新一代高科技产品,是一种能够为电力系统快速而连续地提供容性和感性无功功率的电力电子装置。采用晶闸管控制电抗器和固定电容器组,即TCR+FC的典型结构,能准确迅速地跟踪电网或负荷的动态波动,对变化的无功功率进行动态补偿,装置响应时间小于10ms,实现功率因数补偿至0.92以上。九洲SVC装置能进行连续、分相和近似线性的无功功率调节,同时,将固定电容器组FC做成多回路滤波器,能够滤除由相控晶闸管TCR引起的谐波。 JZE Static Var Compensator (SVC) is a new high-tech product developed based on modern power electronics, power control technique and automation technique. JZE SVC is one of the advanced power electronics equipment which provides fast and continuous capacitive and inductive reactive power supply to the power system. With the typical structure of thyristor controlled reactor (TCR) and fixed capacitor (FC), JZE SVC can follow the dynamic variation of the power system or loads rapidly to compensate the variable reactive power dynamically. The response time is less than 10ms. The power factor can be greater than 0.92. Continuous, single phase and almost linear regulation can be realized. The control unit uses 6RA70 Siemens Variable DC Drive and other functional boards to drive thyristor valves. The application software is designed based on Siemens Simadyn D Digital Control System. The SVC controller features high reliability and applicability. Functional modules developed by JZE can meet various complex demands of controls and protections. In order to adapt for high voltage applications, the intellectual closed and circulated water cooling system is used for the power devices, which features high cooling efficiency and high operation reliability.
