近日，舍弗勒(中国)有限公司入围“江苏省优秀企业”名单。

Recently, Schaeffler (China) Co., Ltd. has made it to the list of “Outstanding Enterprises of Jiangsu Province”.

为表彰先进、树立典型，激励更多企业做强做优做大、积极投身现代化建设新征程，近日江苏省委、省政府决定，授予100家企业“江苏省优秀企业”称号和100名企业家“江苏省优秀企业家”称号。

This commendation from the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Provincial Government aims to recognize exemplary enterprises and inspire more companies to become stronger, better, and bigger. In total, 100 enterprises were awarded the honorable title of "Outstanding Enterprises of Jiangsu Province" and 100 entrepreneurs were given the title of "Excellent Entrepreneurs of Jiangsu Province". This is part of an effort to encourage active participation in the new journey of modernization construction.

德国舍弗勒集团成立于1946年，总部位于巴伐利亚州黑措根，是全球知名零部件供应商，在汽车制、工业制造和航空航天领域具有引领作用。舍弗勒集团于1995年开始在太仓高新区投资，先后设立5座工厂、1个模具制造部门、1个特种装备部门、1个双元制培训中心和1个综合服务中心，成立了舍弗勒（中国）有限公司。该公司已经发展成舍弗勒集团中国区生产基地，成为苏州乃至江苏最大的德国智能制造企业。

Schaeffler Group, founded in 1946 and headquartered in Herzogenaurach (Bavaria) , Germany, is a globally renowned component supplier, leading in the fields of automotive, industrial manufacturing, and aerospace. Since 1995, the Schaeffler Group has been investing in Taicang Hi-Tech Zone, establishing five factories, one Tool manufacturing department, one special machinery department, one dual-system training center, and one integrated service center, and has formed Schaeffler (China) Co., Ltd on the basis of these facilities. Today, Schaeffler (China) has become one of the most important production base of Schaeffler Group in Greater China, becoming the largest German intelligent manufacturing enterprise in Suzhou and even Jiangsu province.

As a model enterprise for Sino-German cooperation in Taicang, Schaeffler Group has been working hand in hand with Taicang for 28 years. In 1995, Schaeffler Group, the global bearing giant situated by the picturesque Rhine River, expanded its footprint to the magnificent Yangtze River in China. Three years later, Schaeffler’s first factory in Taicang was officially put into operation. Since then, the Group has set down its roots and continuously expanded its presence in Taicang. The company has invested in Taicang 13 times, with a total investment exceeding 2 billion euros and an annual output value surpassing 20 billion yuan. Schaeffler's production base in Taicang has evolved into its largest and most important production base in China.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of Taicang’s deepening cooperation with Germany.
