Key areas of responsibility:
• Leading a team of local Sourcing Specialists and Technical Buyers
• Conduction of negotiations and appropriate documentation
• Generation of procurement reports
• Determination of relevant data for issuing RFQs and according negotiations
• Issuing tenders and bid invitations for economically relevant purchasing projects (creation and posting of RFQ documentation, evaluation of proposals)
• Support in sourcing projects and strategic procurement projects
• Contribution in defining a purchasing strategy for production material, indirect materials and services and execution of this strategy
• Making decisions independently in day-to-day business
Requirements:
• Qualified commercial or technical education
• Knowledge of using MS-Office products Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Knowledge of relevant ERP-modules
• Skills in applying procurement methods as well as sound knowledge of procurement-related juristical requirements
• Negotiation skills, conversational techniques
• Ability to communicate technical information to technical and nontechnical audiences
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and German, if applicable English.
• Must have been for Study in Germany.
• Must have experiences to working with Germans.
Professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in an international operative enterprise
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in Materials Management / Sourcing / Purchasing
