摘要：针对自动贴片机高速高精度的要求，介绍了基于机器视觉的自动贴片控制系统的结构和原理，着重阐述了机器视觉系统的软硬件设计，并提出相关的图像处理算法。

The structure and principle of the automatic chip mounter’s control system in machine vision are introduced in this paper. Then the software and hardware of machine vision system are developed and the involved image processing algorithm is detailed.
