Power supply made in this Company is applied for nickel-galvanized, zinc-galvanized, chrome-galvanized, tin-galvanized and relevant galvanized sites. It features greater power save (10%-30% more than that of normal power supply) and better galvanized effectiveness. Product features as follows:
1. Reduce porosity, formation for crystal core is more than growth rate, and promote Fineness for crystal core.
2. Improve combination force to make passive film punctured, and benefit for tight combination between basic body and galvanized coat.
3. Improve coverage capacity and dispersion one, higher cathode minus electric potential makes passive part in normal galvanization also sediment, mitigate highlighting part with complex-shaped part defective for burnt branched sedimentation arising from excessive consumption for sediment ion, As for thickness of special galvanized coat (i.e. color or free clearance), it may reduce 1/3 to 1/2 original one, so this saves raw material.
4. Reduce inherent stress for galvanized coat, improve defect, foreign matter, hollow hole and tumor at crystal lattice, easily obtain free galvanized coat, and reduce additive.
5. Benefit for obtaining alloy galvanized coat with stable ingredient.
6. Improve dissolution for anode without any activated agent at anode.
7. Improve mechanical and physical performance for galvanized coat, for example, improving compactness, reducing surface resistance and body one, improving flexibility, Abrasion resistance, anticorrosion and may control galvanized hardness.
8. Improve ratio of finished product and product quality.
