Abstract: This article discusses the parameters detection and calculation of a power system based onDSP. Accurate powerparameters, rapid measurement for the realization of Automatical dispatching arevery important to ensure the security and economic operation of power grids. The article combinesdigital signal processor that is increasingly widelyused with the exact Fourier transformeffectively ,they are advanced computing hardware and software technology. And designs amulti-function parameter measurement of power based on DSP.

电力系统中的电压、电流信号是一种包含有多次谐波分量且基频会发生漂移的周期信号。对此种信号的采样进行分析和处理的一个主要误差来源是采样频率和信号基频不同步时产生的泄漏误差。一般硬件方法是尽可能提高定时器的分辨率。软件方法是采用插值或排序等算法。这些方法只是减少了误差,不能从根本上消除误差,并且增加了系统硬件成本和软件工作量。本系统中采用以数字锁相环为核心的采样脉冲产生器,硬件成本很低,并且大大减小了软件工作量,最重要的是它从根本上消除了由于不同步带来的误差。如图3-2 所示,将待测信号经过过零比较器,得到一个方波。设信号频率为f ;反馈频率为f f ,输出信号的频率为o f 。根据闭环控制理论f f = i f ,由于要在一个基频周期内采样128 点,所以采样信号的频率要是基频的128 倍,需要128 倍频,通过分频器选择分频比,使f f =(1/128) o f ,从而得到fo =128 fi。所以采样信号周期T=156.25μ s (设基频为50Hz)。
